Dear Primary 7 parents and carers,
The Department of Education has indicated that parent teacher meetings should be conducted via telephone or online rather than in person this academic year. We are going to trial this new way of conducting parent teacher meetings with Primary 7 first before the rest of the school. Parent/Teacher meetings for children in Primary 7 will be the following dates: - Monday 12th October, Tuesday 13th October, Wednesday 14th October, Thursday 15th October and Friday 16th October 2020.
Parent /Teacher meetings will take place from 1.30pm to 4.00pm each day and each appointment will last approximately 10 minutes. Appointments on Friday 16th October will finish at 3.00pm.
In order that you may be allocated a suitable date and time for your meeting please may I ask you to complete this online questionnaire by Friday 2nd October 2020. Please indicate the days/times which are NOT convenient for you. We will then timetable you a day/time for your parent/teacher consultation(s). You can access the online form below:
