Dear Primary 7 (Miss McAfee's) parents and carers,
Parent/Teacher consultations for children in Primary 7(Miss McAfee's) will be on the following dates: - Monday 18th October, Tuesday 19th October, Wednesday 20th October, Thursday 21st October and Friday 22nd October 2021. Please note that Primary 6 interviews for Miss McAfee's class will take place after half term.
The majority of parent interviews will be conducted via telephone due to the current COVID regulations (or if requested via an online platform - please note however that we find the internet connection can be unreliable when there are high volumes of people using the school internet network at the same time). Parents/carers who have a child who has an Individual Education Plan will be offered a face-to-face interview to discuss and sign the Education Plan.
Parent/Teacher consultations will take place from 2.00pm to 4.00pm each day and each appointment will last approximately 10 minutes. Appointments on Friday 22nd October will finish at 3.00pm. The parent/teacher consultations are timetabled closely together so we would ask for your help to ensure that the timetable runs smoothly.
In order that you may be allocated a suitable date and time for your meeting please may I ask you to complete this online questionnaire by Friday 8th October 2021. Please indicate the days/times which are NOT convenient for you. We will then timetable you a day/time for your parent/teacher consultation(s). You can access the online form below:
Please note that pupils in Primary 7(Miss McAfee's) will finish school at the normal time of 3pm on the week beginning 18th October 2021.
Other year groups will complete parent teacher interviews on the week beginning 8th November 2021.
