P7 parents and carers,

PowerPoint and PDF documents about applying for Post Primary schools

I have put together information about the transfer process and all the relevant admissions criteria for the schools our children usually transfer to. The PowerPoint used at the parent Zoom meeting can be accessed by clicking on the link below:

A pdf version that may be more phone friendly can be opened by clicking on the link below:

Please note that in both documents the school badges on all slides are linked to take you to the admissions criteria for that individual school and I would encourage P7 parents to make themselves familiar with the admissions criteria for the schools that you are applying to.

Please also find below the following useful documents from the Education Authority about applying for a place in post primary schools:

Individual meetings for P7 parents about post-primary applications

All P7 parents also have the opportunity to attend an online individual Zoom meeting or telephone call with Mrs Taylor to discuss your child’s options about applying for post-primary schools. However, you may decide that a meeting is not required.

To register for an online meeting or a telephone meeting with Mrs Taylor please select an option using the following link:

Select a date (coloured blue) and time that suits you and confirm your details. I have slots available most days from 9am to 5pm each day up to 5th March. If you select a Zoom meeting it will automatically generate login details and send it to you and it will also add the meeting into my work calendar.

If we can be of assistance to you during the process of applying for post primary schools please get in touch.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs Taylor
