Reminder that if your AQE results do not arrive that you can ring Mrs Taylor or the AQE office

01 June 2022

Dear P7 parents and carers,

The results of the AQE Assessment will be delivered by post to your home address on Saturday 5th February 2022. There is no online facility to receive results for the Common Entrance Assessment ran by AQE Ltd.

Just a reminder that if your post is slow at being delivered or does not arrive you can ring Mrs Taylor (on the work mobile on 07716782580) between the hours of 9am to 11am on Saturday 5th February to obtain your child's results. I will be available to take calls tomorrow morning to P7 parents and pupils.

The AQE Office telephone lines will open on Saturday 5th February from 2pm for parents on 02890224002, this will only be for pupils who have not received their results. General enquires (including re-mark requests) will be dealt with from Monday onwards.

Reminder about individual meetings for P7 parents about post-primary applications

All P7 parents also have the opportunity to attend an individual in person meeting with Mrs Taylor in school or a telephone call to discuss your child’s options about applying for post-primary schools. However, you may decide that a meeting is not required.

To register for an appointment with Mrs Taylor please select an option using the following link:

Select a date (coloured blue) and time that suits you and confirm your details. I have slots available most days from 9.30am to 5pm each day up to 23rd February 2022. Those pupils who are waiting on a transfer test result may prefer to wait until after the transfer results have been issued on Saturday 5th February 2022.

Please note that post-primary school places are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Post-primary schools will not look at the applications until after the application process closes on 23rd February at 4pm. Please get in contact if you need help with your post-primary school application.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs K Taylor
