Breakfast Club will start soon at Portstewart Primary School!
We hope to start a new Breakfast Club by the end of September 2022. This will operate each morning from 8.15am until 8.45am. Pupils attending should arrive by 8.30am at the latest. Pupils will then go to their class at 8.45am. Cost is 50p per day per pupil and pupils can enjoy cereal, toast and a drink. We will encourage parents to pay for Breakfast Club via ParentPay. On arrival, pupils will go to the canteen via the white door at the back of the Junior playground. At the moment we are just waiting on an approval letter from the Education Authority and our registration with the Foods Standards Agency. Classroom Assistants will run the Breakfast Club each morning.
I will inform parents/carers when Breakfast Club will start. This email is just a little advance notice that it will be happening. We look forward to providing an additional service for our children and families and an opportunity for our pupils to chat with their friends over breakfast.
